GRAPES: Syrah (100%). Syrah is a typical grape of the Mediterranean region. In Lebanon’s unique terroir the wine manages to combine elegant floral notes with an explosive spicy character on the nose and palate. It is wonderfully balanced and has a long, persistent finish. A big wine that would benefit from some additional time in cellar or decanting prior to serving.
